Administration
The administration of the Trust is in accordance with the trust deed of 'The Nest India Foundation'. The Working President oversees the functioning of the Angel Nest -Dorothy Caldwell Home. The Trustees meet at regular intervals and review the functioning of Angel Nest. Whenever required , new rules are framed for the orderly functioning of the home on matters such as admission of children to Angel Nest ,education ,diet plan...etc
There are four staff members for the Angel Nest. The two lady staff members take care of the children , of which one stays with the kids round the clock. One staff member deals with the office administrative work. Further, a security staff is hired for providng night security.
A committee of lady members, who frequently interact with kids is entrusted with the task of recommenting actions that are to be taken for the welfare of the children. Their recommendations are considered during trust meetings.
